承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
