承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
