橋式起重機主梁結構

1，主(zhu)梁采用歐式箱(xiang)型(xing)梁機(ji)構設計，自重(zhong)輕(qing)，結(jie)構合理；

2，整(zheng)板(ban)制作(zuo)，無對接焊(han)縫，比拼接主梁更堅固。

3，垂直撓度(du)為1/800，腹板拱度(du)由(you)數控切割(ge)整板下料，精確度(du)高。

4，采用埋弧自動焊(han)、無損探傷。焊(han)后整體拋丸(wan)，消應力、除銹，達到(dao)Sa2.5級；

5，鋼板材料為Q235B；環氧富鋅漆，厚度120μm。

5噸(dun)橋式起重機端梁部分

1，大噸位起重機(ji)端梁采用鉸接(jie)柔(rou)性設(she)計，避免“三條腿”運行。

2，車輪采用鏜孔形式(shi)，使用數控鏜銑床一次定位加工，確保尺寸精(jing)度和(he)配合公差；

3，每個(ge)端梁配有雙輪緣(yuan)的車輪、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動保護和防出軌保護裝置(zhi)，安全(quan)有保障(zhang)。

4，主梁(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)采用10.9級高強(qiang)度(du)(du)螺(luo)栓(shuan)連接，確保整(zheng)機結構強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精(jing)度(du)(du)。
