承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
