承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
