承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
