承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護(hu)(hu)和(he)防(fang)外(wai)遇(yu)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
