承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
