承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
