承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
