承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
