承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
