承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定(ding)位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
