承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
