承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
