承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數(shu)控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
