承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
