承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
