承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)(fang)管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。
