承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度(du)和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
