承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
