承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)(liang)組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
