承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與(yu)承重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式(shi);防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
