承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁采用歐(ou)式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁機(ji)構設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切(qie)割整板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高。
4,采用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹處理(li),做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨(huo)量起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)端梁采用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“三條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆采用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一次精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁采(cai)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全歐(ou)式古典設計方案,合(he)理(li)減少重(zhong)量,提升提高(gao)室內空間。
2,減速機(ji)采用(yong)起重機(ji)專用(yong)型(xing)的H系列產(chan)品硬齒面(mian)減速機(ji),承載力高,使(shi)用(yong)期長。
3,鋼絲繩卷筒(tong)采用厚(hou)鋼板生(sheng)產短(duan)接(jie)軸(zhou)方式,并對焊接(jie)開展無損檢測;
4,動滑輪(lun)所有(you)采(cai)用熱軋(ya)滑輪(lun);
5,起重(zhong)吊(diao)鉤采用T級起重(zhong)吊(diao)鉤,材料高于DG34CrMo,單雙(shuang)排布局,節省室(shi)內空間(jian);
