承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞接方式(shi);防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。

5,工作中(zhong)級(ji)(ji)別(bie)為(wei)A6級(ji)(ji),防(fang)水(shui)等級(ji)(ji)IP55,H級(ji)(ji)絕(jue)緣層。防(fang)污防(fang)潮,提升安全級(ji)(ji)別(bie)。
