承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
