承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
