承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
