承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計(ji)方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
