承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度(du)和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保護器,安(an)全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎(jiao)車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟(ruan)性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行程開關四合一(yi)一(yi)體化設(she)計方案,結(jie)構緊湊
