承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
