承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設(she)計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
