承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方(fang)案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
