承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)(du)和(he)精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
