承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
