承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
