承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,電動機(ji)+制動系統+減速(su)器(qi)+行程開關(guan)四合(he)一一體(ti)化設計方案,結構(gou)緊湊
3,小轎車(che)搭建有安全性鉤,防失控。
4,全部傳動系統組織選用(yong)無連軸器的(de)立即(ji)I/O方式,傳動系統高效(xiao)率、裝配線高精度、免(mian)維護保養。
5,工(gong)作中級別為A6級,防(fang)水等(deng)級IP55,H級絕緣層。防(fang)污(wu)防(fang)潮,提(ti)升安全級別。
