承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
