承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓(ya)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
