承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
