承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規(gui)格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
