承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
