承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
