承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米(mi)。
