承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米。
