承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
