承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
