承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇(yu)保護器,安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
