承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式(shi)古(gu)典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
