承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方(fang)式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統+減速(su)器(qi)+行程開關四合一(yi)一(yi)體化(hua)設計方案(an),結(jie)構緊湊(cou)
3,小轎車搭建(jian)有安全性鉤,防失控。
